John M. Kingsbury

With sadness we share the passing of John M. Kingsbury, �黨�ǿ���Ƶ Society Emeritus member who died on May 27, 2023. He was 94.  The �黨�ǿ���Ƶ flag will be lowered in his memory.

Kingbury was a professor emeritus of botany at Cornell University and was founder of Shoals Marine Laboratory in Maine. He was an instructor in the �黨�ǿ���Ƶ’s Botany course from 1958 to 1961 and course lecturer from 1965 to 1966.
